Always a fun city
I set the alarm for 6:30, but we did not getup until 9:00. I guess we needed the sleep
I sent the wrong directions to Aunt Margy for the Caffè Nero that we were going to meet at. We ate our breakfast and headed to the Boots on Grafton Street for some Ibuprofen. Gwyn went into the McDonalds to get some water to take her Ibuprofen. A young lady, Diana Gomez, was playing the cello. Radioactive by Imagine Dragons. She was really good, and she had a tap to buy her CD, so I did.
We would meet up with Aunt Margy and Uncle Rodney at the National Museum of Ireland Archeology. We met them for the tour at 12:00. The mosaics on the floor were beautiful. A very nice tour. Saw the bog people which was a bit creepy.
We then went to the Pret a Manger near Trinity. Saw Diana again who was playing cello. After that we walked over to the The Spire. Saw the Dublin Portal. Said goodbye to Uncle Rodney and Aunt Margy as they went back to their hotel.
Since we were right at the GPO we decided to visit. A really good museum about the Easter uprising. We went back to the Padison & Yule where we had stopped at earlier with Uncle Rodney and Aunt Margy to get the scarf that Aunt Margy liked. Then headed over to Love Lane, and The Temple Bar. Over to the Pret for supper and breakfast for tomorrow.
Walked down to the Tram and back to Beckett Locke. Supper and a shower before bed.
